Developed by Homayoun Rad, under the supervision of the architect Alireza Fazel. Homayoun led the design, Prepared Site Plan Approval (SPA), and Building Permit Packages.
The project included close collaboration with architect Alireza Fazel, including site reviews and coordination during the construction phase.
