This dance studio tenant improvement (TI) project at 205–4300 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, was designed by the architectural team at Aplin Martin under Homayoun Rad’s leadership. Bright, open spaces, generous natural light, mirrored walls and ballet barres support movement and instruction, while integrated storage and a restrained palette create a welcoming, practical environment.
